- Click here to become a NAJGV Member. Once you are a member you will have a username and password to the NA-JGV Member Forum to access the Online Upcoming Test Entry Form.
Directions for Registering and Filling out the Test Form
- Click here to login to the Member Forum and click the “Online Upcoming Test Entry Form” link at the top.
- Fill out the form completely, double check registration numbers, birthdates, etc.
- Click on Send Now at the top of the form to submit the form to the NA-JGV director of Testing.
- Print the form, sign it at the bottom. Send the completed signed form with a copy of the dog’s Ahnentafel front and back, (green registration paperwork) and mail to, Desiree Loxley 26401 IL Rte 125 Ashland IL 62612 loxley.designs@yahoo.com ph. 217-473-5358. Once your payment is received you will be entered into the test.
